Green Space on York
A community gathering place.
Located at the corner of York Avenue and Spring Street, the Green Space on York will give people another reason to spend time Downtown.
Whether you're shopping local, enjoying live music, meeting friends, or having lunch outdoors, it will be a welcoming place to slow down and linger.
The space already hosts the York Avenue Market, where you can browse handcrafted goods, artisan products, and one-of-a-kind finds from local vendors throughout the year.
We're actively raising funds to bring this vision to life, and every donation helps move the project one step closer to completion.

Parking Improvements
Helping customers find a spot.
Convenient parking makes it easier for visitors to shop, dine, and explore Downtown.
Current efforts include installing Customer Parking Only signage along York Avenue, Main Street, and other areas around the Square.
Clear, consistent signage helps keep parking available for customers while supporting the businesses that call Downtown home.
Enhancing Public Safety
Peace of mind for everyone.
Public safety plays an important role in creating a Downtown where people feel comfortable.
Current plans include installing monitored security cameras, including at the corner of York and Spring.
These cameras will help deter crime, assist law enforcement when needed, and provide added peace of mind for businesses, residents, and visitors.
